One catalogue. Four lengths.

The same day in practice, usually within the hour once the order is settled. Nothing is posted and there is no hardware to wait for. If your details have not arrived, check the spam folder first and then message us.

You can install the same login on as many of your own devices as you like — the television, the phone, the tablet, the laptop. What is limited is simultaneous playback: one stream at a time per subscription. If two screens need to watch at once, ask us about a second connection rather than working around it.

Ask us. Trials are arranged case by case over WhatsApp rather than advertised as a button on this page, because a trial is only useful if it runs on your device and your connection — which is exactly what we would set up with you.

Yes. Because nothing renews automatically, the end of a term is simply a choice: a longer plan, a shorter one, or none. If you want to move to a longer term before your current one runs out, message us and we will work out the difference.

Tell us quickly, and in detail. Most of what looks like a bad service turns out to be the setup, the player or the connection, and that is usually settled in a few minutes — the troubleshooting page covers the common cases before you even need to write. We do not advertise a money-back guarantee, so what you are entitled to is whatever the consumer law where you live provides. The refund policy page says exactly that rather than promising more than we deliver.
