Ordering, activation, devices, simultaneous streams, payment and support. If yours is not here, write to us and the page gets a new entry.

Ordering, watching and support
Twelve answers covering what happens before you order and what happens after.
A television subscription. You receive a login — either an M3U link or a server address with a username and password — and you enter it into an IPTV player on your Smart TV, Firestick, phone, tablet or computer. That login opens 20,000 live channels and a library of more than 50,000 films and episodes.
Around 20,000 live channels, grouped by country and by genre: sport, films, series, news, documentaries, children’s channels and international channels. Alongside them sits the on-demand library — more than 50,000 films and episodes, sorted by genre and year rather than dumped into one list. The channel page breaks the groups down one by one.
Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) Smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV sticks and cubes, Android TV and Google TV boxes, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, and Windows or macOS computers. There is no web player. The supported devices page gives the model-level cut-offs, which matter on televisions older than about 2016.
Message us on WhatsApp or send the contact form, and tell us which term you want. We confirm the plan, the price and the payment method with you directly, and your login follows once the order is settled. There is no checkout on this site, so nothing is charged while you are still asking questions.
The same day in practice, usually within the hour once the order is settled. Nothing is posted and there is no hardware to wait for. If your details have not arrived, check the spam folder first and then message us.
You can install the same login on as many of your own devices as you like — the television, the phone, the tablet, the laptop. What is limited is simultaneous playback: one stream at a time per subscription. If two screens need to watch at once, ask us about a second connection rather than working around it.
On Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV: TiviMate, published by Armobsoft FZE. On iPhone and iPad: Smarters Player Lite, published by WHMCS SMARTERS. On Samsung and LG televisions: Smart IPTV from siptv.app. On a computer: VLC. We publish none of these applications, we are not affiliated with any of them and we receive nothing from their developers — any player that accepts an M3U link or an Xtream Codes login will work, and the choice is yours.
No. Kemo IPTV is the subscription — the channels and the library. The player is separate software published by someone else, and you choose which one to use. Anyone offering you a “Kemo app” to side-load from an unknown website is not us, and a player you side-load receives the login to your paid subscription.
Roughly 15 Mbps for Full HD and about 25 Mbps for 4K, measured on the device doing the watching rather than on a laptop in another room, and measured in the evening rather than at midday. A wired connection beats Wi-Fi every time. A weak line shows up as buffering, and no player setting can fix that.
Yes, around the clock, on WhatsApp and by email. From the 6-month plan onwards we also walk the setup through with you on your own device instead of sending instructions and leaving you to it.
Ask us. Trials are arranged case by case over WhatsApp rather than advertised as a button on this page, because a trial is only useful if it runs on your device and your connection — which is exactly what we would set up with you.
Yes. Because nothing renews automatically, the end of a term is simply a choice: a longer plan, a shorter one, or none. If you want to move to a longer term before your current one runs out, message us and we will work out the difference.
Tell us quickly, and in detail. Most of what looks like a bad service turns out to be the setup, the player or the connection, and that is usually settled in a few minutes — the troubleshooting page covers the common cases before you even need to write. We do not advertise a money-back guarantee, so what you are entitled to is whatever the consumer law where you live provides. The refund policy page says exactly that rather than promising more than we deliver.
Questions about a specific device
Each setup guide answers the questions that only come up on that platform — the unknown-sources setting on a Firestick, the MAC address on a Samsung, the lookalike apps on iOS.
